Bronze Working La Tene Brooch
Could a heavy shawl be fastened more beautifully? This impressive brooch was made famous by Maud Gonne and the courageous women of Inghinidhe na hEireann (Daughters of Eire), who wore it proudly from 1900 onwards. The brooch is a meticulously faithful replica of the original 9th Century brooch on display in The National Museum of Ireland.
