At latene.ie we endeavor to maintain your privacy.  I do not sell any information that you submit to this site, and do my upmost to maintain the privacy and security of your data. This site uses end to end encryption to secure your connection while browsing.  However, in order for this website to operate, process payments, allow account creation, and for marketing purposes it is necessary for this website to collect, process, and store some data associated with you, it is also necessary to share some of this data with third parties, If you do not consent to this you will be unable to make purchases or create an account.

If at any stage you wish to have your account details deleted you can contact me via the contact forum found on the menu under the account section.

This website uses Cookies.   New visitors will see a cookies consent banner at the top of the page, I ask all visitors to consent by clicking the ‘I consent’ button.   If you do not wish to receive cookies you can disable them by following the instruction provided in your web browser support documents, however you may not be able to make purchases or create an account,

Delivery

Your purchase will be securely wrapped in order to prevent any damage during transport.   It will be sent by Irish registered post to card holder’s address only and will need to be signed for on delivery.    Your item will be despatched within 2 days from when your payment is cleared, if the goods are in stock.     Items marked  ´not in stock` or on back-order will be dispatched within 14 working days but we will do our utmost to get it to you sooner.   If you require urgent delivery, please ask and we will do what we can to rush it to you.   We have no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country and for which you may be liable.

Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please notify me within 15 days of delivery by email or the contact forum,  Goods must be returned in their original box with proof of purchase.   Postal charges and International customs duties are not refundable. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the goods to us.   I do not accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged during return.    I advise customers to insure returns against loss or damage.  Personalized items and ‘Special Editions’ are made-to-order and are not refundable.
